Arena Pulse Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Arena Pulse mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our game.

By downloading, installing, or playing Arena Pulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Arena Pulse Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Arena Pulse application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Arena Pulse offers optional in-app purchases for cosmetic items only. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Cosmetic items provide no competitive advantage.
All content in Arena Pulse, including graphics, gameplay mechanics, characters, text, and audio, is owned by Arena Pulse Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Arena Pulse at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
Arena Pulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arena Pulse Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

We aim to respond to all support requests within 48 hours.
Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements (Android 7.0+ / iOS 14+), check your internet connection, and try clearing the app cache. If the issue persists, reinstall the application.
If you're experiencing long queue times, check your internet connection stability. The matchmaking system pairs players of similar skill levels, which may take longer during off-peak hours.
If an in-app purchase didn't go through correctly, check your Google Play or App Store purchase history first. If the item is missing, contact us at support@arenapulsestudio.com with your transaction ID.
Help us improve Arena Pulse by reporting bugs to support@arenapulsestudio.com with the following information: your device model, OS version, a description of the bug, and steps to reproduce it.
Your data, your control
You have the right to request deletion of all personal data associated with your Arena Pulse account. This includes your account information, gameplay data, match history, rankings, and any other data tied to your account.
Send an email to privacy@arenapulsestudio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
When online features launch, you will be able to delete your account directly from the app via Settings > Account > Delete Account.
